**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
As our Strategic Finance Business Partner, you will use your expertise to guide and influence our business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a sparring partner to the head of the Business Unit, proactively
supporting her in steering
BU performance by analyzing trends, risk and opportunities across the P&L and Balance Sheet to ensure we stay on track
Serving as a strategic **Finance Business Partner** on the leadership team, directly influencing investment decisions and our long-term growth strategy
Working closely with the functional heads to guide our commercial, operational, and innovation roadmaps by translating complex financial data into **clear, actionable insights**
Proactively identifying and championing opportunities for **business improvement** , helping us work smarter and achieve our ambitious goals.
Ensuring robust **financial controls and compliance** , safeguarding the integrity of our global financial practices.

**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in finance and a passion for using your skills to drive business performance.
We are looking for:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, combined with experience in finance or controlling, ideally within a **global manufacturing** environment
The ability to act as a true business partner, using **fact-based analysis** to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make complex financial information **understandable and engaging** for any audience
Fluency in **English**
