Job description: Emirates Cabin Crew are responsible for delivering the Fly Better onboard experience to passengers across our global network. As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you will be the onboard representative of our brand, delivering our signature award-winning service while maintaining world-class safety standards.

In the role, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, manage onboard service and maintain cabin cleanliness throughout each flight. You will respond to passenger requests, working collaboratively with your fellow colleagues to ensure a smooth flight. You will also uphold the highest of service standards in line with the Emirates Fly Better promise.

Candidate profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• A natural team player with a personality that shines
• At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high
• Able to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements
• At least 21 years old
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
• A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform

Salary information: Your salary includes a fixed basic pay and variable flying pay, which is calculated using number of hours you fly during the month. Salaries are paid monthly.

• All Emirates Cabin Crew are insured on a 24-hour worldwide basis under life insurance and personal accident insurance policies.
• We also provide all Cabin Crew a comprehensive package for medical and dental services at Emirates Clinics.
• If your time with us comes to an end, we provide a non-contributory end of service benefit on completion of the term of your contract.

Min/max salary

Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month

Flying pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on avg. 80-100 hours/month)

Average monthly pay: AED 11,244 per month ($3,061)

Salary: EUR 69.6 per hour
