As a Cabin Retrofit Business Manager (d/m/w) you will be the driving force in managing and optimizing the cabin upgrade business, located in Finkenwerder. This dynamic role involves working on strategic and operational tasks for the cabin upgrade perimeter, ensuring efficient budget management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Your contributions will directly impact the success and profitability of the business line, as you manage various technical and industrial interdependencies. • You’ll oversee all business management aspects for cabin upgrades, working with profit and loss responsibilities.
• Contribute to budget management aligned with legal and operational risk parameters.
• Establish and optimize dashboards to streamline operational processes effectively.
• Manage and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Support team activities, taking on specific tasks as required to meet collective goals.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in areas like interface management, customer service, or aerospace.
• Show strong skills in project management, data analysis, and business management.
• Proficient in SAP, Google Workspace, risk management, and change management methodologies.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Skywise and other business analysis tools is a plus.
