Callcenter Agent (m/f/d), part-time

To expand our team, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) for sales support in the area of outbound sales activities/customer contact via telephone.

Our business areas include the development and distribution of our solutions as well as the associated consulting and training services.

• Contacting customers by telephone to generate leads and arrange appointments for our sales staff
• Identification of potential customers and creation of customer profiles
• Maintaining and updating the customer database
• Documentation of sales activities and preparation of reports

Qualifications / Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers on the phone
• Self-motivation and initiative
• Team player and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Technical affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new applications
• Experience in sales or in a similar position is an advantage
