+ CAMO Engineer (m/f/d)

You love aircraft, have an eye for detail, and want to take responsibility in a dynamic environment? Then join Platoon Aviation and help us keep our PC-24 fleet in top shape – with these exciting tasks:

  • Monitoring and coordination of maintenance activities for assigned aircraft in close collaboration with maintenance organizations and internal departments
  • Evaluation and analysis of maintenance proposals to support decision‑making, including independent commissioning of planned actions
  • Creation, maintenance, and review of maintenance packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, considering legal and company‑specific requirements
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of maintenance documentation with aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, Part‑M/Part‑CAMO)
  • Recording, tracking, and reporting of maintenance events in the internal maintenance system, including the reporting of deviations and discrepancies
  • Maintenance of aircraft records and component life data to ensure complete and accurate technical documentation
  • Preparation and updating of forecast reports to support operational maintenance planning and capacity management
  • Participation in system audits and internal quality checks , including structured archiving of maintenance records, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant documents

Your profile

  • Completed degree in engineering (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering) or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in an aviation‑related environment
  • Solid relevant work experience in the aviation industry – ideally in Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance Planning, or technical documentation
  • Solid understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and components
  • Familiarity with applicable EASA regulations , particularly Part‑CAMO, Part‑M, as well as manufacturer requirements and the Minimum Equipment List (MEL)
  • Initial hands‑on experience with maintenance planning and MRO systems (e.g., CAMP, AMOS, TRAX or similar)
  • Strong IT skills , especially confident use of MS Office and web‑based software
  • Independent, structured, and detail‑oriented work style with a strong sense of quality
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken, are essential ; German language skills at least B2 level
  • Full‑time role with main presence required at the Hamburg office ; limited remote work possible upon agreement
