Cannabis Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) (Fully Remote)

• You will provide professional information to Maryland medical cannabis patients, caregivers, and providers on product selection, contraindications, and side effects.
• This is a remote, part-time, information-only clinical role with no bedside care or medication administration.
• Schedule is approximately 12-15 hours per week, primarily Wednesday-Friday 3-6 PM and Saturday 11 AM-2 PM ET.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls during scheduled hours, providing non-promotional medical cannabis information.
• Triage concurrent calls and return callbacks within 15 minutes, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Record call data in de-identified format and collaborate with clinical leadership on complex questions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Maryland and current HIPAA training.
• Strong telephone communication skills and comfort with remote call-center software.
• No conflict of interest with cannabis licensees or active certifying providers.
