  • Work across global risk stripes to align SSBI’s capital strategy with global initiatives.
  • Support management of both SSBI and SSBT’s capital strategy through data analysis and presentation preparation.
  • Maintain risk excellence by challenging assumptions, escalating potential issues, and executing required controls to support oversight and governance requirements.

What We Value

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of global regulatory rules and the ability to communicate effectively with regulators.
  • Ability to create concise and influential presentation materials.
  • Critical thinking to diagnose existing problems and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Data analysis skills in a time‑sensitive environment.
  • Independence and ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and willingness to leverage AI tools.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, with exposure to capital management, capital forecasting, finance, balance sheet management, or risk management.

  • Experience with regulatory communication and a strong understanding of supervisory expectations of regulators.
