Location: Flexible – mobile within Germany (up to 60%) or abroad (up to 30 days/year) under certain conditions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Establish, manage, and strategically advance external collaborations in the Cardiac Early Detection Program with leading clinical partners worldwide.
• Drive execution of the clinical evidence generation strategy by initiating, structuring and operationalizing studies, collaborations and projects with clinical partners.
• Serve as primary interface to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring their close involvement in evidence generation, study design and program development.
• Build trusted relationships with leading cardiologists and radiologists, ensuring scientific rigor and clinical relevance of the program.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with industry partners to jointly deliver clinical studies and evidence‑generation initiatives.
• Actively support positioning of Siemens Healthineers within the clinical community through targeted collaborations and scientific exchange.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers externally at scientific congresses, with partners, and in strategic discussions with clinical experts.

Qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field (PhD considered an advantage).
• Extensive professional experience in international clinical collaborations, evidence generation and management of clinical studies and research projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, e.g., as a Medical Science Liaison, with deep understanding of planning, execution and scientific dissemination of clinical studies, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Experience in developing evidence‑generation and publication strategies and leveraging scientific insights to support clinical collaborations and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to critically analyze scientific data and use findings to develop clinical strategies and partnerships.
• Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry and ability to utilise it for strategic partnerships.
• Solid expertise in cardiology, particularly coronary artery disease (CAD), is a strong asset.

Attributes and skills:

• Operate confidently in an international environment and collaborate with diverse cultures, time zones and stakeholders; business‑fluent English skills (German considered an advantage).
• High level of initiative, proactively identifying opportunities, and independently developing innovative approaches to advance strategic partnerships and evidence‑generation projects.
• Proven ability to build trusted, peer‑to‑peer relationships with leading clinical experts, industry partners and other key stakeholders, and maintain relationships.
• Foster collaboration across functions, regions and organizations, contributing to shared success through a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willing to undertake approximately 20% international business travel.
