Retail Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock processing and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support loss prevention and operational compliance.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings personality, passion, and performance.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion, footwear or sports apparel highly regarded).
• A strong customer‑first mindset.
• Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trade periods.
