• Execute and coordinate maintenance releases at customer stations and during live flight operations, always in line with customer‑specific requirements
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting using aircraft documentation and independently manage MEL procedures in coordination with customers
• Perform secondary inspections and deliver hands‑on technical and operational support during customer flights
• Plan and execute AOG operations , keeping aircraft moving and customers happy
