Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Category Buyer (m/f/d) for Facility Management Services Germany in Taufkirchen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve the procurement strategy for a certain service / category
• Negotiate, establish, implement and review trans-divisional frame contracts (Master Service Agreements / Work Package Agreements)
• Contribute to the sourcing activity and achieve the best purchasing conditions for the related Facility Service
• Drive Contract Management and monitor the contract with suppliers and company stakeholders
• Ensure the complete application of terms and conditions to achieve suppliers expected performance (Time, Quality, Cost, Innovation, KPI...)
• Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and internal customers and running projects
• Optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics, Facility Management, a vocational training with many years of professional experience or comparable
• Professional experience in Business / Commercial Management, Operational / Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain / Logistics and Supplier Management
• Very good skills in MS-Office and Software Application (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (limited within Europe)
