CBU Project Quality

Job Responsibilities: (EU CQO) Overall responsibility for comprehensive quality management work in the EU region: 1.. New project development and quality preparation for product launch; 2. Monitoring and management of market quality status; 3. Government regulation and crisis response; 4. EU regional quality status release and communication; Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as quality management, mechanical manufacturing, automotive engineering, etc.; 2. Work Experience: Over 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry, such as relevant work experience in quality, R&D, process, or supplier management; at least 5 years of work experience in quality management in the automotive industry. 3. Professional Skills: · Has relatively rich experience in quality management; · Proficient in quality problem analysis, with strong professional capabilities · Strong communication skills, driving the Front Desk and Mid-Platform to carry out quality management work; 4. Language Proficiency: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, which can be used as a working language; 5. Adapt to long-term overseas assignment to work in the EU
