Central Business Process BA Lead (m/w/d)

In this role, you provide central QA and constructive challenge across Value Stream acceptance criteria and UAT readiness. You ensure criteria capture end-to-end business outcomes, not just individual systems, and identify gaps, dependencies, and risk-based resolutions. You will facilitate cross-Value Stream workshops and governance-ready scenario conclusions. The position supports banking transformation and migration programs, shaping readiness and evidence quality at enterprise scale. You will work closely with SMEs to drive credible, complete readiness.

• Own and quality-assure central scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Ensure criteria cover end-to-end business outcomes across processes, hand-offs, and client outcomes
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and scope limitations; challenge missing steps, reconciliations, and migration conditions
• Review Value Stream LIAT evidence for credible BRT coverage; coordinate cross-Value Stream workshops
• Recommend actions for residual gaps (additional evidence, targeted BRT, mitigating controls, or scope removal)
• Support design of targeted BRT storyboards and prepare readiness conclusions for governance

• Experience in banking transformation, migration or operational readiness
• Broad knowledge of corporate or wholesale banking processes
• Understanding of migration, cutover and coexistence impacts
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes across multiple Value Streams
• Experience reviewing acceptance criteria, test coverage and business evidence
• Ability to identify ambiguous or incomplete criteria and demand evidence-based conclusions
• Confidence to challenge Value Stream SMEs constructively
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
• Clear and concise written communication
• Fluency in German and English
