About the role:

As a CEO Office Associate , you'll take on strategic problems that don't yet have a home and turn them into tangible outcomes, fast. From day one, you'll own complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, stepping in wherever the business needs leverage most.

Areas of ownership:

• Special Projects & Strategic Programs: Own CEO‑sponsored programs that cut across the org end‑to‑end. You identify something that’s broken, diagnose the problem, build the plan, drive execution across functions, and own the outcome end‑to‑end.
• Internal Communications: Own the company’s heartbeat. Run the monthly All‑Hands end‑to‑end (format, content, narrative, delivery), as well as other company‑critical communication events, turning leadership intent into messages that land.
• CEO Office Automations: You are constantly at the forefront of AI development & always aim to increase your own as well as the CEO Office’s leverage. You help the team rethink how it works every single week.

Who you are:

• 3+ years in a high‑intensity environment (strategy consulting, VC/PE, or a high‑growth startup) where you’ve owned outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong academic credentials or an equivalent track record of exceptional achievement.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the humility to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
• Strong communicator and storyteller who builds executive‑grade decks, documents, and narratives that both convince and inspire. You’re comfortable interacting with senior internal & external stakeholders.
• Builder mindset: you move seamlessly from strategy to execution, thrive in ambiguity, and take ownership when there is no established playbook.
• First‑principles thinker who challenges assumptions, gets to the root of problems, and designs better solutions from the ground up.
• AI‑native operator who leverages modern AI tools and automation to work more effectively. Experience with platforms such as n8n is a plus.
• Able to work from our Berlin HQ 5 days per week.
