Change Enablement Lead (m/f/d)

In this role you drive transformation across support, service delivery and IT operations by embedding new tools, processes and AI-driven workflows. You will align international teams and country units to ensure adoption, measurable outcomes, and sustainable change. You’ll shape training, enablement programs and clear success criteria to turn rollout into real usage. • Plan and manage change and enablement initiatives across 19 countries
• Define success criteria and adoption KPIs for rollouts
• Design targeted training and enablement programs for new processes and AI-driven workflows
• Identify resistance and align with country and business unit teams
• Collaborate with process owners, knowledge teams and local leadership
• Build communication and feedback loops to capture real-world learnings for the transformation program

• Several years of experience in change management, organizational enablement, or transformation programs
• Academic background in business-related field (preferably from a leading university)
• Proven success in driving adoption of new processes, tools, or technologies in distributed international teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across multiple organizational levels
• Structured, KPI-driven approach with milestones and escalation paths
• High affinity for digital and AI-driven ways of working
