Change Manager for IT/ERP-Projects (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation programs
• Analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems, and define appropriate interventions
• Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization
• Design and execute communication plans to create awareness and engagement
• Develop and facilitate trainings, workshops, and leadership enablement programs
• Establish and monitor change KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transformation execution
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related topics

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, ERP implementations, process reengineering)
• Knowledge of change management frameworks
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, training and facilitation
• Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages
• Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environments
• Fluent in English and German
