The team you'll be a part of

Become part of our international Central EMEA Channel Team in Jabra, a GN audio brand. Joining your account manager colleagues, you will have ample opportunity to gain support and share best practices. We share the responsibility of developing sound account strategies and maintaining relationships with substantial enterprise clients to enhance our business efforts.

How You'll Contribute

You’ll be responsible for retaining, acquiring, and developing relevant channel partners. This position can be based anywhere in Germany or Austria, but will require travel within the DACH region.

Your goal will be to accomplish market and wallet share growth for the Jabra brand, meeting pre‑defined goals and targets.

To reach your goals, you will need to work closely with your colleagues in the region, alongside team members from departments like Marketing, Inside Sales, Global Accounts, and Large Enterprise Account Managers.

Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, resellers and distributors within the territory.
  • Ensure alignment of Jabra's goals with partner business plans, focusing on growth, training, and enablement.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Create and drive a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee demand generation activities and pipeline growth through joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Training & Enablement

  • Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra's product portfolio, value proposition, and industry trends.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance partner performance and proficiency.

Market Development

  • Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape insights, and trends within the audio and video space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet customer and partner needs.

What we think you'll need to thrive in the role

You're someone who understands how to create value and can navigate interactions with a strategic, sales‑focused mindset. You are skilled at discovering opportunities, developing partnerships, and propelling deals ahead.

You also bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor/manufacturer/Partner in audio, video, or related technology industries, predominantly in a channel sales role.
  • Consistent skill in managing channel partners and promoting revenue growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Travel up to 60% of your time as needed within the DACH region.
  • Collaborative spirit with a people‑focused approach.
