Responsibilities

• Independent cooking and preparation of Chinese first‑, business‑ and economy‑class dishes
• Checking and inspecting the goods for correctness and quality
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Professional experience with the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef
• Service‑oriented personality type and hands‑on work approach
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Fluent German and/or English language skills
