You act as trusted advisor on transformation programs, shaping operating models and value realization. You steer end-to-end initiatives, setting standards and governance, while guiding executives and cross-functional teams. • Define and lead end-to-end business process transformation programs aligned with customer strategy

• Experience in influencing senior executives on strategic transformation decisions
