Overview

In this role you will lead the acoustics strategy for the car sound system, shaping the brand’s tuning style and sound quality targets. You will drive competitive differentiation by leveraging cutting-edge audio software and hardware technologies and advanced sound quality debugging. You will work within the Automotive Engineering Lab to align sound quality with the broader mission of Huawei’s innovation-driven product ecosystem. Verantwortungsbereiche

Own the sound quality and tuning strategy for the car audio system
Develop targets for car sound quality and oversee tuning program
Ensure market competitiveness through leading audio technology and debugging methods

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master’s degree (or higher) in electrical/telecommunications engineering (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of digital signal processing
Background in acoustics and signal processing; experience with automotive acoustics tuning tools and methods; familiarity with audio technologies (audio DSP, power amplifier, loudspeaker, acoustics layout)
Extensive industry experience with independent leadership of system design and tuning for multiple high-end products
Internationally recognized awards or industry influence preferred; industry-recognized evaluation qualifications preferred
