Location: Berlin or Winterthur / Zurich, Switzerland — hybrid, three days per week in the office Language: Fluent English required. Good German required. Native-Level is a plus. About Aeon Aeon is building the leading preventive healthcare platform in Europe, helping people understand their health, act earlier, and make more confident decisions long before symptoms appear. By integrating whole-body MRI, advanced blood biomarkers, genetic data, and other health inputs into a single longitudinal platform, Aeon provides a unified and highly precise view of an individual’s health over time. Aeon can detect and monitor more than 500 potential health risks at an early stage, when intervention is most effective. Its multimodal approach gives individuals actionable insights to manage their health proactively. Aeon is growing fast and preparing for its Series A. Aeon’s mission is to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive by combining deep medical data, AI, and longitudinal tracking to give people clarity, control, and confidence throughout their health journey. The Role We are hiring a Chief Growth Officer to lead Aeon’s growth strategy and build the acquisition engine for the company’s next phase. You will own growth across Switzerland, Germany, and new international markets, working at the intersection of paid acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and customer understanding. This is a hands‑on 0 to 1 role for someone who can combine strategic leadership with operational execution. What You’ll Do

• Define and lead Aeon’s overall growth and customer‑acquisition strategy
• Run paid acquisition across display, search, Meta, Google, and other relevant digital channels
• Manage six- to seven‑figure annual performance‑marketing budgets
• Build growth loops and campaigns across Switzerland, Germany, and new international markets
• Improve attribution, tracking, analytics, and reporting across the customer journey
• Turn customer insights into effective positioning, messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and creative
• Work closely with design, medical, product, and leadership
• Establish scalable processes and measurement frameworks for the growth function
• Support Aeon’s expansion and preparation for Series A

What You Bring

• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on Meta, Google, or similar platforms within a startup
• A strong track record of managing significant performance‑marketing budgets and owning reporting
• Strong familiarity with GA4, GTM, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Experience with analytics or multi‑touch attribution tools such as Dreamdata or HockeyStack is advantageous
• Experience with B2C or DTC products, ideally with a four‑figure average order value
• Alternatively, experience with B2B SMB products with a comparable four‑figure annual contract value
• Experience launching and scaling campaigns across international markets
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, conversion, and retention
• Demonstrated 0 to 1 experience building or significantly shaping a growth function
