Responsibilities

Support individual employees and business units in maintaining work ability and career longevity.
Serve as a line manager and participate in developing multidisciplinary training at our facilities.
Act as a trainer for occupational health specialist training and perform clinical work in a significant role.
Participate in developing occupational health services in accordance with HUS’s strategy, in close collaboration with HUS employees and business units.
Conduct clinical consultations, managerial tasks and training development.
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and other experts.
Follow established operational models that enable smooth collaboration with other HUS units.

Qualifications

Specialist qualification in occupational health medicine and licensed or authorized to practice medicine.
Additional training and experience in occupational health services.
Previous experience in managerial roles and as a trainer in specialist training is considered an advantage.
Good spoken and written Finnish; satisfactory skills in Swedish.
Proof of vaccination against infectious diseases and health status clearance for working in healthcare facilities, including tuberculosis screening.

• Partial remote work is possible; the role is office‑based during weekdays at HUS occupational health clinics in Meilahti, Jorvi, Tikkurila, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Tammisaari, and Porvoo.
