Deep Tech Momentum (DTM) is powering the European Deep Tech Renaissance.

Our mission: build Europe's No. 1 Deep Tech & AI Innovation Marketplace - and be the undisputed leader on the continent. DTM27 will operate at 3x the scale of DTM26 across attendance, content, matchmaking, and operations.

To get there, we are building an online-offline flywheel: a business intelligence and matchmaking platform powered by Europe's premier Deep Tech conference and early‑stage investment arm. Our objective is to catalyze €100B in additional enterprise procurement and €100B in venture capital into European Deep Tech & AI by 2030.

DTM has achieved substantial traction in just two years. Over 300 Deep Tech funds, 300+ corporate partners, and 1,000+ startups are already part of our ecosystem - alongside key partners including Lakestar, Vsquared, EIF, DCVC, SAP, Elaia, HV Capital, Earlybird, IQ Capital, McKinsey, BCG, Aumovio, BASF, The Exploration Company, Tekever, Axelera AI, Robco, Marvel Fusion and many others shaping Europe's Deep Tech landscape.

DTM26 - held in May 2026 at Wilhelm Studios, Berlin - was Europe's most ambitious Deep Tech innovation marketplace to date: 3,000+ attendees, 100 DTM100 startup pitches, 300+ corporate innovation leaders, and programming spanning Defence, Space, Energy, Advanced Materials, Manufacturing & Robotics, and High‑Performance Computing, with AI as a cross‑cutting layer. DTM.Capital, our early‑stage investment vehicle, is going live and growing alongside the platform.

Your Mission

This role is designed for future founders, future General Partners, or exceptional operators who want to help build one of Europe’s most influential Deep Tech networks spanning capital, corporate customers, and frontier technologies.

As Chief of Staff, you will operate at the center of DTM, acting as a force multiplier for the founding team and working directly on the company’s most critical initiatives across capital, product, and customers.

• Support the fundraising and build‑out of DTM Capital , working closely with our investment partners and Europe’s leading Deep Tech founders and investors across deal flow, fund operations, and investor relations.
• Scale the DTM Galilea technology platform , partnering with product and engineering to sharpen the corporate value proposition and build a proprietary Deep Tech product and data intelligence database.
• Own customer success end‑to‑end , ensuring corporate partners, investors, and startups generate measurable value from first interaction to long‑term partnership.
• Drive high‑impact strategic initiatives (e.g. new revenue streams, partnerships, market entries), owning them from concept to execution.
• Work directly with the founders , preparing decisions and advancing key initiatives across market entry, PR, product development, investments, and event experience design.
• Represent DTM externally , building and nurturing relationships with investors, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
