Your mission
This is not a narrow specialist role. As Jr. Chiefof Staff, you work directly alongside the foundingteam and act as their right hand: bridgingstrategy, business development, and day-to-dayexecution. You see the whole company, jump intowhatever matters most, and turn ambiguity intomomentum. One week you're modelling a businesscase, the next you're preparing a boardmeeting, scouting a partner, or building a toolthat the team will use every day. It's theideal role for a curious, hands-on generalist whowants to learn how a deep-tech startup is builtfrom the inside, with real ownership and unusualproximity to the people steering the company.

What you will own

• Work side by side with the ManagingDirector on the priorities that move the companyforward.
• Prepare strategy papers, growth concepts,board and investor materials.
• Drive cross-functional projects end toend - from first idea to follow-through.
• Keep the leadership team focused:structure decisions, track topics, close loops.

Business Development

• Identify and qualify leads, manage CRM,and help shape the sales pipeline.
• Scout potential partners and customers,and prepare the materials that win the meeting.
• Conduct industry, competitor, and trendresearch that informs real decisions.
• Build business cases, ROI calculations,and pricing logic together with the team.

Hands-On Building

• Analyse manufacturing processes and coststructures to sharpen our value proposition.
• Help develop internal tools - includingAI-supported workflows - for lead qualificationand beyond.
• Support product and service conceptdevelopment.
• Create crisp presentations for internaland external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• A generalist mindset: you'd rather ownfive different things than perfect one.
• Enrolled student (min. 4th semester) orrecent graduate in Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Egineering, Business Administration, orsimilar.
• First experience in Excel modelling andideally CRM tools.
• Strong structure, ownership, and a biasfor action — comfortable in ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in technology,innovation, and how businesses are built.
• Bonus: experience creating or applying AIagents.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
