Requirements
Proven CRO or senior revenue leadership experience in ERP, technology services, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem strongly preferred Track record of scaling both new logo and expansion revenue in a services-led or solutions business Experience leading and aligning sales, marketing, and product functions Strong operational instincts -- comfortable building forecasting rigor and go-to-market structure without over-engineering Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers in distribution, manufacturing, or adjacent verticals Collaborative, hands-on leadership style that fits a high-trust, relationship-first culture Stability and tenure in prior roles -- we value leaders who build things and see them through
