CI Manager

In this role you drive the Continuous Improvement agenda at the Baierbrunn site, partnering with leaders to embed a culture of operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and strategic transformation. You translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and coach teams to sustain capabilities. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects, optimize value streams, and advise site leadership on change and capability building. • Drive CI agenda across manufacturing, support functions, and site leadership
• Translate strategy into actionable improvement roadmaps aligned with regional/global objectives
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and efficiency initiatives delivering measurable productivity and quality gains
• Coach and develop employees and project teams to build CI capabilities
• Champion root-cause analysis and best-practice sharing for problem solving
• Implement performance management systems, KPI governance, and visual management
• Guide teams through CI maturity assessments toward operational excellence
• Collaborate with process owners to optimize end-to-end value streams
• Manage a portfolio of improvement projects with stakeholder alignment and benefits realization
• Advise site leadership on change management and organizational transformation

• A university degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt highly valued)
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Lean Six Sigma implementation and CI project leadership
• Strong project management and change management capabilities
• Proven track record delivering improvements in manufacturing/operations
• Experience facilitating workshops, coaching stakeholders, and driving behavioural change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and German suitable for site collaboration
