C&I Partner Manager - IBM Governance & Security & Autonomous Workforce (Fully Remote)

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management for IBM, including joint business planning and GTM execution.
• Drive partner pipeline development and deal progression in collaboration with field sales.
• Engage partners in customer opportunities and proposal situations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Operate within cross-functional RACI models covering customer lifecycle and implementation.
• Align with internal stakeholders on roles and execution across delivery activities.
• Partner with Technical Partner Advisors and Marketing for demand generation.

Partner Readiness & Governance:

• Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews with IBM partners.
• Coach and enable remote and in-person partner teams.
• Track performance metrics and elevate risks proactively.
