A national IT solutions provider is looking to add a Cisco Software Licensing Specialist to help expand its enterprise software practice.

This is a strategic, customer-facing overlay role supporting enterprise sales teams across the country with a primary focus on Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA), enterprise software solutions, and long-term software strategy. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, leadership, and Cisco while helping customers navigate software licensing, renewals, adoption, and long-term planning.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in growing the company's software business while helping shape and expand its Cisco software practice nationwide.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise sales teams on strategic Cisco software opportunities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA) and software licensing
Support customers with software adoption, renewals, optimization, and long-term licensing strategies
Collaborate with Cisco partner teams to support strategic software initiatives and customer opportunities
Help develop scalable software programs, processes, and best practices
Work closely with sales, engineering, services, and leadership to drive software growth
Identify opportunities to expand recurring software revenue across existing and new customers

What We're Looking For

Experience working within a VAR, MSP, systems integrator, OEM, or Cisco environment
Strong experience with Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA)
Background supporting enterprise software licensing and subscription programs
Experience working alongside enterprise sales teams on complex customer engagements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience helping build or expand a software practice is highly preferred
