Citation Longitude Captain – EASA ATPL | Permanent | Type Rating Provided

The Mission

As Captain, you will command medium- and long-haul international operations under IFR, delivering safe, efficient, and discreet service for corporate clientele. You will set the tone for operational excellence, mentor the First Officer, and collaborate closely with flight support and maintenance to keep every sector on time and on standard.

• Plan and execute global sectors, navigating diverse airspace and operational environments.
• Lead risk management, performance and fuel planning, and regulatory compliance (EASA OPS).
• Uphold SOPs and company standards; champion safety, CRM, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver polished, client-focused service tailored to executive travel needs.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, ground handling, and maintenance for on-time performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 5000 hours Total Time
• 2500 hours Multi-Engine Jet
• 1000 hours Multi-Engine Jet PIC
• 2500 hours IFR Time
• Previous experience mandatory in Corporate/Business Aviation
• Demonstrated medium and/or long-haul international operations experience
• ATPL (EASA)
• Class 1 Medical
• ICAO ELP Level 4 Language Proficiency
• Unrestricted EU passport and valid driving license

Preferred Profile

• Experience on Super Midsize or larger business jets (e.g., Longitude, Challenger, Gulfstream, Falcon).
• Calm, client‑centric communicator with a discreet, solutions‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable managing complex international routings, permits, and slots.

Training & Onboarding

NTR welcome. A full type rating course for the Citation Longitude is provided, followed by company indoctrination, simulator training, and supervised line flying leading to release as Captain.
