Civil Engineer, Construction Manager – Challenging Civil Engineering Structures

• Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
• Preparation of detailed tender documents
• Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project delivery
• Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
• Monitoring scope of work with respect to contract volume, quality, schedules, and costs, and handling change order management
• Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
• Acting as the responsible point of contact until successful project completion

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction/site manager
• Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Confident handling of procurement and contract regulations (e.g., VOB) and IT tools (AVA software iTWO)
