Civil & Structural Engineering, Datacentre. The company is a leading Design & Architectural / MEP Consultancy in the Spanish Data Centre Market with expansion across Europe, particularly Germany.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team in the back office in the development of the Civil & Structures design.
• Aid GC team in meetings, technical submissions, As-Built Model review, BoQ for procurement, Construction Details, and Variation Orders' Technical Documents.
• Lead mission-critical building projects with expertise in structural and civil works.
• Validate structures technically and for constructability.
• Manage civil interfaces, especially underground works, across disciplines.
• Proficient in Structural & Civil and MEP disciplines for mission-critical construction.
• Fluent in German/English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience leading civil & structural design teams on mission-critical projects.
• Strong ability to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams; effective communication skills in German and English.
