Responsibilities

• Handle claims end-to-end: from first notification of loss through to settlement
• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience
• Review documentation and verify necessary information
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to achieve timely resolution
