Overview

The Claims Relationship Manager focuses on supporting the growth and retention of key agency partnerships in Germany. The role involves providing leadership, driving change initiatives, and continuously improving the customer experience as part of the Claims Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the customer service strategy for the claims department.
• Optimize processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Assist Claims Managers and Underwriting Team Leads in acquiring and retaining business partners.
• Ensure effective collaboration between claims and underwriting teams.
• Work with marketing teams to promote service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and service providers.
• Implement service and support solutions related to customer complaints.
• Monitor compliance with agreements and service promises in claims management.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a comparable role or in claims handling (Financial Lines, Property, and/or Liability insurance).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and experience in an international work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic approach, and strong written expression.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a creative and curious mindset.
• High social competence, able to influence across all levels of the organization and work successfully in teams.
