OFFERING

• Salary up to €40K, according to experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build customer loyalty through active client development, consistent follow-up, and effective use of CRM tools to nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with collections, develop a deep knowledge of products, and strive to exceed targeted KPIs.
• Support daily operations by working closely with colleagues and management, ensuring an impeccable sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising in line with company standards.
• Foster long‑term client engagement and retention by delivering personalized experiences and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3‑4 years’ experience in the premium or luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent styling and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting targets.
• Fluent in English and German languages.
