Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, delivering impactful results for clients across issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. Commercial Payments and Visa Direct are key growth areas. Our European team sits at the intersection of these businesses, providing strategic consulting while building new capabilities through solution development, training, and thought leadership.

Specific Responsibilities

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
• Complete detailed analysis on client data, identifying preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover insights in the payment industry.
• Support the development of client‑specific presentations by adapting templates to unique client scenarios and needs.
• Assist senior consultants in developing and delivering high‑quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees alternate between remote and office, expected to work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Payment industry, digital payments or payment processing experience preferred.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail, leveraging multiple sources of information.
• Ability to understand and break down problem statements into distinct analytical pieces.
• Proficiency in using and adapting templates for unique client scenarios, optimizing structure to demonstrate and articulate key messages.
• Experience executing quantitative & qualitative analysis with some guidance.
• Ability to extract takeaways from data and begin crafting a storyline, ensuring data quality and supporting decision‑making in project management.
• Strong team player, willing to collaborate across levels and functional experts.
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability.
• Proficient and ideally a power‑user of spreadsheet and presentation tools.
• Interest in advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.).
• Interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending is a plus.
• Affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital.
