Krakens Customer Platform: build the most AI‑driven, innovative, forward‑thinking platform for energy management. From optimizing resources to delivering cost‑effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM and AI‑driven communications, we power the next wave of innovation in the energy industry.
We’ll need the Client Delivery Lead to support European clients through their technology transformation journeys, managing long‑term migration projects and technology domains such as billing, finance and communications. The role involves working closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers, acting as a link to the client and refining solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
This is a hands‑on, individual contributor position. The role is European based and projects could be run from any country, with travel expected as part of this role.
