Deine Rolle

Als IT-Key Account Manager / Client Manager (w/m/d) gestaltest Du aktiv die digitale Zukunft unserer Kunden. Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu strategischen Accounts auf, erkennst neue Geschäftspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen innovative IT-Lösungen.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben im Einzelnen

• Du betreust und entwickelst strategische Kunden im Industrieumfeld (alles außer public) und baust nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf.
• Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und initiierst Digitalisierungsprojekte entlang des gesamten NTT DATA Portfolios.
• Du berätst Kunden zu Themen wie Network, Security, Unified Collaboration, Data Center, Infrastructure und Cloud.
• Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen entwickelst du kundenspezifische Lösungen und präsentierst diese überzeugend beim Kunden.
• Du gewinnst neue Rahmenverträge und treibst die Geschäftsentwicklung im Private Sector aktiv voran.
• Du sorgst für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und begleitest Kunden als vertrauenswürdige:r Ansprechpartner:in.
• Du positionierst NTT DATA als führenden Partner für Digitalisierung und IT-Transformation.

Dein Profil

• Du hast nach Deiner (Hochschul-)Ausbildung bereits Erfahrungen im Vertrieb gesammelt und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Kundenakquise, strategischer Kundenbetreuung und Geschäftsentwicklung mit.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Pflege und im Ausbau von Bestandskunden und bist hungrig auf die Jagd nach Neukunden.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Angebotssituationen und Kundenbeauftragungen.
• Du kennst Dich in mindestens einem der Technologiefelder Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace oder Datacenter gut aus und gehst sicher mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Kalkulationen um.
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse, sowie aufgrund des Kundensettings Wohnsitz in Baden-Württemberg oder Bayern.
