YOUR IMPACT

As a Client Manager, you will own the growth of Professional Services business across a portfolio of OpenText clients in Germany. Working closely with Account Executives, Consulting, and Delivery teams, you will identify client needs, develop service opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification through contract signature. Your success will come from building trusted client relationships and helping clients maximize the value of their OpenText investments.

What The Role Offers

• Ownership of Professional Services sales opportunities within existing client accounts
• Close partnership with Account Executives, Consulting, and Delivery teams
• Responsibility for managing the complete services sales cycle
• Exposure to complex enterprise projects based on the OpenText portfolio
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with strategic clients
• Involvement in proposal development, contract negotiations, and RFP/RFI processes
• Direct impact on services revenue growth and client success

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven ability to build and grow trusted client relationships
• Track record of success in Professional Services, IT Services, or Software Services sales
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and develop services opportunities
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles through contract signature
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
