Client Onboarding Consultant I, Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding projects beyond primary project focus area.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and scalable improvements using automation or AI solutions, and collaborate with leadership on recommendations.
• Be the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing with team members as requested by leadership.
• Independently manage end-to-end client implementation projects while sustaining a high level of performance and accountability.
• Provide support across onboarding project focus areas.

Requirements

• May require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• 2+ years' experience project management methodology and tools including software
• Use automation and AI to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and foster innovation
• Familiarity with Experian Health products, is beneficial
• Travel required
