Client Service Account Manager - German Speaker - Analyst (all genders)

In this Client Service Account Manager role, you will foster strong partnerships with a designated portfolio of Treasury Services clients to drive high satisfaction. You will act as a trusted adviser, shaping strategic client plans and promoting self-service tools to streamline inquiries. You’ll analyze payment activities to identify efficiencies and cross-sell opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to support initiatives and product enhancements. • Develop and expand partnerships with clients across the portfolio
• Understand client business to anticipate needs and provide solutions
• Act as trusted adviser and support strategic client plans
• Promote self-service tools to reduce client enquiries
• Analyze payments activity to identify efficiencies and cross-sell opportunities
• Share best practices across the service team
• Support treasury services initiatives
