As (Senior) Specialist Client Solutions & Presentation Desk, you will play a central key role at the intersection of Portfolio Management, Investment Research, and Sales. You will take full ownership of translating complex multi-asset strategies into clear, persuasive, and visually compelling client proposals and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Client Solutions

• Storytelling & Content Strategy: Translate complex investment strategies and market views across nine asset classes into high-end, target-group-specific client and product presentations.
• Tailored Proposals: Design bespoke investment proposals for institutional investors and UHNWIs in close coordination with Portfolio Management and Sales.
• Event Support: Oversee the content, visual design, and quality assurance for client meetings, institutional roadshows, conferences, and annual investor days

Tender Management (RfP) & Product Innovation

• RfP Management: Independently coordinate, write, and manage Requests for Proposals (RfPs) and pitch decks, managing cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent brand and market positioning.
• Product Launches: Support new product developments and innovations from initial concept and positioning through to final market launch.

Standards, Efficiency & Stakeholder Management

• Process Optimization: Continuously develop and refine presentation standards, templates, and workflows to enhance visual quality, team efficiency, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central sparring partner and brand guardian, ensuring a consistent, high-quality representation of the firm's multi-asset investment expertise across all internal and external touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves

• Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Background: Professional experience in Asset Management, Private Banking, Investment Consulting, or Capital Markets.
• Market & Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, multi-asset allocation, and diverse investment strategies.
• Presentation Expertise: Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and designing high-level corporate presentations and pitch materials; expert command of Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader MS Office suite.
• Languages: Native or fluent German (C2) and business-fluent English (min. C1) .
• Working Style: Meticulous, structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented with high aesthetic and qualitative standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using AI tools or workflow automation features within MS Office to streamline presentation production.
