Clinic Lead (m/f/d) – (Part-Time)

As Clinic Lead (m/f/d), you will take overall responsibility for the operational success of our clinic location. The position is part-time at 20 hours per week. You will ensure that all processes run smoothly, lead an interdisciplinary team, and create an environment where excellent patient care, operational excellence, and financial success go hand in hand. As the central interface between medical staff, operations, and management, you will significantly shape the patient experience and the development of our clinic organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: You manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient scheduling, optimal utilization of treatment rooms, smooth patient workflows, and the highest service quality across all areas.
• Leadership & Team Development: You lead, motivate, and develop our team of reception staff, medical assistants, and treatment specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Excellent Patient Experience: You ensure that every patient receives personal, high-quality care from first contact through to aftercare, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the service experience.
• Process & Quality Management: You implement and optimize operational processes, standards, and SOPs, ensuring their consistent application throughout clinic operations.
• Budget Responsibility & Performance Management: You own the location's budget planning and cost controlling. You regularly analyze operational and financial KPIs, identify variances early, and initiate appropriate measures to achieve agreed performance and profitability targets.
• Resource & Infrastructure Management: You manage inventory, supplies, equipment availability, and collaboration with external service providers, ensuring uninterrupted clinic operations.
• Stakeholder Management: You work closely with physicians, medical staff, and management, ensuring effective alignment on all relevant topics, goals, and quality standards.

What You Need to Succeed

• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading operational teams in a dynamic environment, such as healthcare, hospitality, premium retail, wellness, or professional services.
• Operational Excellence: You maintain a clear overview even in demanding situations, prioritize effectively, and consistently uphold the highest quality and service standards.
• Strong Leadership Skills: You are able to motivate, develop, and empower teams to deliver top performance while fostering a positive and appreciative team culture.
• Hands-on Mindset & Problem-Solving: You identify challenges early, make well-founded decisions, and take ownership of implementing sustainable solutions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently at all levels and collaborate effectively with both medical and non-medical stakeholders.
• Language & Digital Skills: You have business-fluent German and very good English skills, and are comfortable navigating digital tools, planning systems, and management software.
