The Role

We are looking for someone with a solid grounding in electrophysiology and pacemaker implantation to serve as a knowledgeable interface between our clinical partners across Europe and our internal teams — translating clinical needs into actionable insights and building lasting relationships with EP and implantation teams.

Your Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clinical questions from partner clinics across Europe — ongoing exchange with EP physicians and implantation teams
• Availability as escalation point for complex clinical questions from partner clinics
• Support internal teams (R&D, Product, Quality Management) with EP and pacemaker‑related clinical questions
• Gather and structure clinical user feedback and translate it into actionable input for internal teams

Your Profile

• Degree in health sciences, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or equivalent — or demonstrated practical experience in one or more of the following: a clinical application or field specialist role, or a key account role within a medical or healthcare context
• Solid knowledge of electrophysiology and pacemaker-implantation procedures, including clinical workflows, terminology, and practitioner pain points
• Strong relationship‑management skills; comfortable as the primary contact for clinical teams
• Willingness to travel across Europe to partner clinics
• Structured, self-directed working style
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
