Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Research Associate

In this role you will lead and execute monitoring activities for clinical studies within a multinational setting, ensuring high-quality data and patient safety. You will directly own assigned studies, collaborate across sponsors, and build strong site relationships in Germany and, where applicable, Switzerland. • Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits and report findings
• Perform CRF review, source data verification, and query resolution
• Manage site communications and relationships
• Participate in site identification and qualification
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs as appropriate
• Lead for assigned studies with ownership over study delivery

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Independent on-site monitoring experience in Germany
• Experience in AMG studies Phases II/III
• Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Infectious/Rare/Gastro-intestinal Diseases is a plus
• Full professional proficiency in German and English; French/Italian is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to plan, multitask, and work in a dynamic team
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license
