Clinical Research Coordinator (m/f/d)

Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience)

• Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications
• Background in natural sciences or in the field of clinical trials is an advantage
• Very good English and German skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Team player

Key Responsibilities

• Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical trials and reference testing
• Processing of data queries
• Monitoring and follow-up of workflows for samples within clinical trials and other respective projects
  
  • Ordering of required tests in TALIMS-1
  • Tracking of enrollment and consent information
• Evaluation assistance
  
  • Preparation and follow-up of evaluations
  • Result documentation of pathological evaluations
  • Plausibility checks and preparations for re-evaluations
  • Organization of the stained slides before archiving
• Result transmission
• Management of contact lists
• Database entries and updates
  
  • Patient and sample data
  • Results
• Preparation of sample shipments
• Communication with the study teams and sites
• Co-operation with the Project Management and other departments within the Tissue Biomarker Services division
