Clinical Research Lead

Join ICON as a Site Engagement Liaison to strengthen relationships with clinical trial sites and support compliant, efficient study conduct. You’ll work with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to tailor engagement strategies, monitor performance, and drive site-level impact. This role sits at the intersection of site operations and regulatory quality, enabling faster access to innovative therapies. • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at clinical trial sites (PI, site coordinators, research staff)
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through feedback mechanisms
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies per study/site needs
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Previous clinical research, site management, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capacity
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
