Clinical Territory Manager – Infection Prevention IV Site Management (Victoria – Melbourne based)

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and supporting the designated healthcare territory.
• Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation aligns with commercial directives and works effectively with multiple stakeholders to maintain and grow business.
• Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings.
• Conducts professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum.
• Complies with company policies, including CRM metrics.

Key Criteria (Desirable)

• Sales experience within the med‑tech industry devices or consumables preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (specialist skills in Vascular Access Device Management, infection prevention, or critical care highly regarded).
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into territory growth strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate clinical and commercial concepts clearly.
• Positive can‑do attitude, organized, and results‑driven.
• Values team collaboration while maintaining strong independent territory ownership.

Travel

Regional territory travel required; driver’s license required.
