Cloud & AI Solution Architect

As Technical Consulting & Enablement, you’ll deliver professional services that accelerate Tencent Cloud’s international growth through technology advisory, cloud training, and enablement. You will design architectures with international partners, guide migrations to cloud platforms, and support application development on our systems. Working across product, service, and operations teams, you’ll coordinate pre-sales technical efforts for key projects and help structure Tencent Cloud’s global partner ecosystem. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic collaboration to drive digital transformation for diverse industries.

• Provide professional services including business technology consultation and cloud solution training to support international growth
• Collaborate with international architects and partners to design cloud architectures and guide system migrations
• Coordinate cross-functional pre-sales technical support for key partner projects and opportunities
• Contribute to ecosystem building and documentation of technical solutions and industry use cases

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in public or private cloud environments
• Hands-on experience across multiple domains such as software development, system operations, system integration, solution design, or AI/big data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-centric mindset, detail-oriented work ethic, strong ownership and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a plus
