Heat and energy are our contribution to quality of life — every day anew. As BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, we supply the capital with climate-friendly electricity and heat. Our district heating network, at more than 2,000 kilometers long, is the largest in Western Europe. We supply heat to around one third of Berlin households. With the expertise of around 2,300 employees, we cover the entire district heating value chain — from generation and network operation and expansion through to sales.
