As a participant in this program, you will combine a part‑time Master’s degree with exciting projects and cutting‑edge technologies in a dynamic work environment. Your role and responsibilities

During the program you will:

• Apply your academic learning to real‑world projects in IBM Global Sales.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients and partners to co‑create solutions that drive digital transformation.
• Use technical knowledge and people skills to build trusted relationships and shape solutions that improve business and society.
• Participate in training, job shadowing and career coaching to develop professional skills.

What you can expect

• Financial independence from day one – attractive salary (€1,950 gross/month in year 1, €2,544 gross/month in year 2, €2,818 gross/month in year 3).
• Employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.
• Part‑time Master’s studies at a recommended German university of your choice (e.g., ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others).
• Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university.
• State‑of‑the‑art equipment such as a MacBook, iPhone and more.
• Personalized development through hands‑on training, job shadowing, and career coaching.
• Master’s thesis in collaboration with your department, ensuring a seamless link between theory and practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Passion for Data & AI, Automation, Cloud.
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English.
• Committed problem‑solver ready to take on challenges.
• Curious mindset and strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Dedication and commitment to work.
• Enjoy taking responsibility, getting involved and having fun doing so.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
